The following are meant to be clear statements of our policies
regarding sales, returns, privacy of information and credit card
transactions. Ask us to clarify anything that is not clear to you.
Sales and Returns:
All sales are considered final once the button accepting the terms of
that sale is pressed.
Unopened CDs may be returned. A credit will be given the purchaser
upon receipt of the CD in its original shrink wrap (intact), and upon
receipt of a money order for the
shipping and handling fees plus a $5.00
returns handling fee. Returns must be sent to the Math Everywhere
address at the bottom of this page.
Math Everywhere will replace damaged CDs. Simply return the CD to the
company address (below), and a new one will be sent.
As with all duplicable electronic merchandise, like software, once the
shrink wrap on a CD case is removed, that CD may not be returned.
Since permission to download a CD from the Math Everywhere sales site
constitutes "breaking the shrink wrap", no refunds will be issued to
customers who choose that method of delivery.
If payment is received for an electronic download delivery, and if the
customer decides a CD is needed instead, MEI will send CDs upon receipt of
a $5.00 each +
shipping and handling fee. Send the payment to the address below.
Privacy of Information:
All information about you gathered at the time of sale is for internal
use by MEI only, and won't be shared with other companies, or sold.
That information is necessary to MEI for our providing customer service
to you via our Registered Users' Site.
Math Everywhere never receives your personal credit card information,
like card number or expiration date. That is all handled by the secure
transactions company, VeriSign.
Should any of this change, you will be notified and permission for the
changes will be solicited from you.
Currency
All prices and charges are US $.
All credit card and money order transactions are to be in US Dollars.
Personal checks are not accepted by MEI.
Relationship with Mathematica
Mathematica is a trademark of
Wolfram Research, Inc. This excellent mathematics system must be
purchased separately from the CDs. It is necessary for the running of the
courseware.
